Purchasing, Holding Items, and Layaway: ~ To purchase an item simply email me and tell me by name the item(s) you are interested in, and how you plan to pay. I will then send you an invoice with instructions on the making payment... ~ When making payment please include any alterations such as hemming etc....I will always ask if any need done before i ship your item, but if they are included with payment i can get on them immediately and that means you get your new clothes faster...:) ~ I will hold items for you up to 5 days ( sometimes longer depending on circumstances, just remain in contact with me, im easy to work with ), i understand completely about having to wait for a paycheck... ~ I will also accept payments as well, your item will be held until payment has been made in full... ~ All payments made on a held item may not be refundable until the item has been resold... ( BUT i do understand emergencies, and life in general so if you run into a problem EMAIL ME, im again very easy to work with ) |

| I accept the following payment methods:
1.) Money order from the U S Postal service (Thats for your protection, and mine, they can be traced should they get lost in the mail ) 2.) I also accept Paypal, payments to be made to the email address PenniLaine@aol.com (Dont have a paypal account?, you don't need one anymore they allow you to make a one time payment from thier site now using your visa, or mastercard) 3.) I accept personal check but check must clear my bank before i will ship your item, sometimes that takes up to 7 business days. Shipping Info Due to the rising of shipping costs as of 1 / 07 shipping till be a standard flat fee of $5 per order not items ..... Items generally ship out within 3 days of cleared payment...Items are shipped United States Postal Service Priority mail and usually takes 2 - 3 days depending on what coast you are in...Over night shipping available at your expense...Email me for a price if you are interested...I include delivery confirmation on all packages, but insurance is up to you...i cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and it can happen... Insurance is not required but reccomended for an additional $2.00 as i cannot be held responsible for lost and damaged packages and it HAS happened to me personally twice in three years . Custom orders ( Please refer to the customs page for policies and Availability ) Refunds If you are not completely satisfied with your item an exchange, or store credit, will be made after the item has been returned to me in the condition it was shipped to you. It must not have been worn, soiled, altered, or washed in any way. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You must email me within 24 hours of recieving the item to tell me what the problem is. Please do not send any packages back until you have heard back from me. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges will not be credited ..... A refund will only be issued in the event an item is seriously misrepresented...So please read the tips on how to correctly measure yourself....i cannot issue a refund if something is not the right size as i take alot of time in listing the correct measurements...i can possibly alter it but again i take great care in measureing items listed and any alterations are subject to hourly wage charges.....and if your ever not sure please ask...
